About the role Renovation Church is a fast-growing community that is passionate about following Jesus and helping others do the same. Over the past four years, Renovation Church has grown from a church of 500 to over 3,000 people and moving to multiple locations in the north metro of Minnesota. Renovation Church is a Bible-believing church affiliated with Converge. We are seeking to hire a part-time Website Designer. The Website Designer at Renovation Church is a high-ownership role, responsible for leading and building Renovation Church’s digital presence across multiple church location websites (4+ and growing) as well as the mobile app. This position is part-time working 20 hours a week onsite (flexible daytime). The pay range for this role is $20-$25 per hour. What you’ll do Multi-Location Website Management Manage and make major updates to all websites (4+ and growing) Build a system to empower location staff to make small updates to their respective websites Build new pages, page templates, landing pages, and site sections Ensure all sites stay consistent in structure, design, and quality Update content, events, and announcements Create & send push notifications Keep the mobile app aligned with website content Design & Content Make simple design updates (graphics, layouts, page visuals) Ensure everything looks clean, consistent, and on-brand Support campaigns with basic web/app design execution Systems & Structure Build website & app management systems intended for growth Reduce one-off requests by creating repeatable workflows Set standards for how content is built, submitted, and published Design the digital structure for future locations and growth Qualifications Lifestyle Personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ Demonstrates consistent lifestyle and is of strong character Demonstrates a humble and teachable attitude Responsible and reliable in work and life Agrees with our Statement of Faith and has a strong respect for the Word of God Giftedness and Abilities Experience with website platforms (Wix, WordPress, etc.) Basic design skills (Canva and Adobe, or similar) Comfortable managing multiple sites and priorities Strong systems mindset Self-directed and comfortable working with ownership Simple and clear communicator Strong attention to detail Physical Requirements Ability to navigate church or facility buildings, often including steps Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, and bending Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds for extended periods of time #J-18808-Ljbffr renovation church
